Residential Property
Myres Newlands residential portfolio mainly consists of flats and cottages which are leased on a Short Assured Tenancy basis (ie a minimum of 6 months lease). All properties are presented to a high standard and all include 'white goods' (so you're provided with a washing machine, cooker and fridge at least), some are also partially furnished.
The company is particular about maintenance and repairs; gas central heating and gas appliance safety checks are carried out by CORGI registered engineers on an annual basis.
